Add 0.7cm- 1cm to the measurement of your foot
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Do not go by your usual size. Measure your feet in centimeters and use that measurement to find your size in the table.
The measurement shown in the table corresponds to the inner insole length of the shoe, not the recommended length of your foot.
Recommended allowance:
Narrow/regular foot → +0.7 to 1 cm
Very wide foot → up to +1.3 cm
For example, if your foot measures 23 cm, look for a size whose insole measures approximately between 23.7 and 24 cm, depending on the allowance you need. In this case, size 37 would be correct.
If you are going to wear them with thick socks, you can leave a little more space, as this model has an inner lining.
Keep in mind: the insole serves as a reference for choosing the size, but it does not represent all the available interior space. Due to the shoe's construction, there is a small amount of additional space both in the toe box and in the heel area.

EXAMPLE
If your longer foot measures 24.2 cm, look for a size that leaves approximately 0.7–1 cm of space.
In this model, size 39 measures 25.1 cm, which would leave 0.9 cm allowance.
→ Recommended size in this example: 39
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET
1. Stand on a sheet of paper
Place your heel against a wall. The paper should also touch the wall.
2. Mark the longest toe
It does not have to be the big toe.
3. Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark
Do this for both feet and always use the measurement of the longer foot.
4. Measure with the socks you will wear
Especially for winter models or if you wear thick socks.
5. Add the necessary allowance
Barefoot footwear should not fit tightly. We recommend leaving 0.7–1 cm for narrow or regular feet and up to 1.3 cm for very wide feet.
IMPORTANT
✓ Always measure both feet.
✓ Take the measurement while standing.
✓ Use your longer foot as a reference.
✓ Do not automatically choose your usual size.
✓ Your toes should have room to move and spread.

Los mocasines son muy bonitos. Tuve que cambiar dos veces de talla y el proceso fue rapido y facil. Tengo pies planos y nunca encontraba zapatos bonitos y comodos. Estoy en proceso de adaptacion al Barefoot y de momento uso una plantilla mia. Me encantaria que hicieran botines o botas de invierno/para el agua.
